Evaluation

I used my Nikon D5300 DSLR Camera. The camera setting was auto (flash off).  I did not use any other equipment. I took a lot of the photos many of which were taken crouching down to the level of the subject, or on tip-toes. Some others were high angle, and others were low angle.I went around the college with my camera, looking for colours that interested me. I focused particularly on flowers as nature photography is definitely something I enjoy, and there's a range of different colours of flowers available. Looking back at the photographs, I'm proud of my work.
When I took the photos of the flowers I would go to each plant and selected the individual flower head that I considered to be the best. I took photos of a selection of flowers with a range of colours. I felt the image would work best if I took close ups of the flower head so that the flower colour was the focus of the image. As it was September there were a number of different flowers to choose from which were in bloom. I felt that I managed to photograph a number of really pretty flowers, particularly roses, of various colour, some really brightly coloured and others that were very pale.
